Service Description

These group healing sessions are scheduled weekly/monthly and are always available via Zoom (some classes will have an in person option). These healing events are a comfy, relaxed class setting and heavily intuitive based. The topic and direction of class is based on the group attending and what has been channeled for the highest good for all signed up. If you're curious about the topic for the class/day you've signed up for - feel free to contact me directly. The class starts with a chakra alignment, energy clearing and frequency boost before diving into the class healing. The class structure itself is very fluid as we navigate the topic and you can contribute as much or as little as you prefer. You can be more of an observer one time and more vocal the next. All up to you. The last 5-10 minutes will be a guided meditation where you get to relax and integrate all the beautiful intentions from class, for your week ahead.
